Live-In Support Model Parenting Program

Live-In Support Model Parenting Program

The Live-In Support Model Parenting Program was designed to provide children and youth with a safe, family-like home where licensed caregivers live on-site to offer consistent, trauma-informed support. Each child receives individualized care guided by our Outreach Coordinator and supported by our in-house therapist, helping them stabilize emotionally, develop life skills, and work toward family reunification whenever possible.
The program also incorporates Indigenous holistic approaches to support cultural identity, healing, and connection. By limiting rotating staff and providing 24/7 supervision, the program fosters secure attachments, emotional growth, and a sense of belonging. Program Supervisors regularly monitor homes to ensure safety, quality, and compliance, creating a structured yet nurturing environment where youth can heal, thrive, and build strong relationships with caregivers, family, and community.
