Reunification Program

Reunification Program

Our Reunification Program provides a safe, family-like home for siblings who have been separated, allowing them to live, grow, and heal together. Each home includes 3–4 bedrooms, where our trained mental health practitioners and caregivers provide consistent, trauma-informed support, guided by our Outreach Coordinator and supported by our in-house therapist.
The program focuses on stabilization, emotional growth, and strengthening family connections, incorporating Indigenous holistic approaches to support healing and cultural identity. Program Supervisors regularly monitor the homes to ensure safety, quality, and compliance, creating a nurturing environment where siblings can rebuild relationships, thrive together, and work toward family reunification.
